Our Overall Guarantee:

If you are having an issue we want you to call and speak to someone prior to bringing a plant back for any warranty issue.  It is best to call when material starts to decline for personal care advice.

Warranties are automatically void on past due accounts.  All returns or dead plants will be refunded in the form of store credit if you do not wish to have them replaced.

Our Garden Center Guarantee:

  • After speaking with an associate at the office and confirming it is time to bring back the plant, in addition you will be asked to bring in your receipt.
  • You will be given a store credit for your purchase price that can be applied to any merchandise or replacement plant.
  • Plant material that die or are disfigured due to vandalism, mechanical, or animal damage or acts of nature are not covered.
  • Plant material is covered for a one year period with the following exclusions;
    • Perennials and Ornamental Grass – 90 day warranty
    • This warranty policy does not apply to annuals, tropical, houseplant, marginal perennials, or evergreen trees purchased during the Christmas season or any plants used in above ground containers.

Our Landscape Installation Guarantee:

  • Abiding by the above policies, your eligible plant will be replaced one time at no charge to the client excluding availability to the same size and variety.  You will receive the same value for the purchase price at the time of sale.
  • Perennials will be covered when installed for 1 year
  • If you purchased a complete tree kit at the time of installation your tree would be eligible for the extended two year warranty.
